Q. Are tents available for team use?
A. Yes. You can rent them for your own team through Country Club Tents at a discount if you mention this event. www.countryclubtents.com

Q. Is alcohol permitted?
A. Yes for personal and cooking use only. However, please remember this is a family friendly event.

Q. Can I rent my own toilet?
A. Yes! You can rent your own port-o-potty through Pit Stop. Their phone number is (913) 592-2081.

Q. How many teams will this event hold?
A. We have room for well over 100 teams, but this being our first year, the event will be fairly small.

Q. What time is check-in?
A. Check-in will begin on Friday morning at 10:00.

Q. What is the amount of prize money available to be won?
A. It is largely based on the number of teams that enter. Since this is our first event, we don’t have any history to go off of. Here is a breakdown of potential prize moneys available:

Q. Will ribbons be awarded?
A. Yes, ribbons and trophies will be awarded. Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion will receive both ribbons and trophies, and 1st through 5th place will receive ribbons.
